many of us have looked into our family history and plotted this on a paper based or e-version tree - so wouldn't it be great to do the same for our nursing career so we could share and inspire others? It would let others know of the possibilities and paths open to them, perhaps encouraging connections and discussions about how individuals shaped their journey and found themselves in roles others might not be aware of. influencing and co-production  Please add your story below: Within the Nursing Directorate at PHE we have for quite some time invited nurses and AHPs to insight day's and provided shadowing days - as well as placements for students and qualified nurses. these provided a great opportunity for people to find out what we do and what it is like to work nationally. We have had over 100 at some of the days! and has led to students and qualified staff getting involved in task and finish groups...

Every year the Children's Commissioner for England promotes take over challenge -  fun way to engage young people and an opportunities for organisations to invite young people to 'take over' the organisation for a day, so why don't we use this November as an opportunity to promote nursing ?
