If you haven't yet been paired up with someone, and would...

This space is an excellent opportunity to get to know and connect with other Ambassadors... just tell us a bit about yourself, and include your Twitter @name if you want to. A warm welcome to all our Ambassadors who met at the event in Birmingham on 16 March! Looking forward to meeting you all!

To promote nursing as a career choice to young people... Describe your story ... You need to go where the people are. Visit schools on career nights, visit youth clubs and community groups - basically be visible. Also, encourage young people to volunteer in their local hospitals, and make good links with the NCS scheme - they might be able to include aspects of nursing in their curriculum.
