For last 7 years front-line has suffered a 14% pay cut in real terms. Nurses are struggling to make ends meet and for first time in history they are more nurses leaving than entering the profession. People say that you don't become a Nurse for the money but it doesn't mean that is not important. People cannot afford to be Nurses especially  in South of England and they are leaving NHS to join agencies. We cannot afford to give another pay rise below inflation this year.

Nursing is the largest group of health workers but often their views or opinion are not considered important. I have seen plenty of debates and conferences where that voice of Nurses is not represented. We need to raise our voice and make ourselves noticed. We need to be at the forefront. Why need to shake up the shyness and roar more. Our voice should be stronger and louder.  Please add your story below:
